In this day and age we all run a hectic busy life. So to stay fit and healthy can sometimes be a chore but what if I told you, you could got to the gym and keep burning fat long after? Cool huh! Most people need to eat healthy and exercise regular basis to stay in good shape. There are a fair few ways to keep that metabolism burning long after leaving the gym.
LIFT WEIGHTS
Ladies stop being scared of them weights! Lifting weights can be intense which in favor leads to short bursts of hard activity. This process alone is looked at as a high intensity workout. But lifting weights regularly will help build lean muscle mass which burns far more calories than fat. So this means the more you lift weights the more fat you burn once you are away from the gym. You should defiantly focus on lifting weights at least twice a week focusing on all those major muscle groups (legs, booty, back, arms).
DO SOME HIIT WORKOUTS
I believe HIIT workouts are the best to burn fat fast. The aim is to get that heart rate up and do exercises for shorter periods with little rest. So your making your body work as hard as possible for say 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. Guarantee this hurts ladies. SO as your doing a HIIT session you don't need to spend as long at the gym as opposed to just weights however you can incorporate weights into a HIIT session. A HIIT session can go anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Highly recommend at least 3-5 HIIT sessions a week.

As they say you can NEVER out train a bad diet. No matter what you do at the gym 5-6 days a week if your not hitting that nutrition on the head you will not see results. You need to follow a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain in the future also not restricting your self to crazy or following those diets and fads. Focus on eating whole foods,think of back way in the caveman days they all lived off what was in the ground, trees or plants. Incorporate a lot of fruit and vegetables as this gives you plenty of fiber which keeps you fuller for longer and become a super energized bunny. Focus on cutting out sugar and processed carbs. Keep everything as natural as possible.
KEEP HYDRATED
I don't think I can stress enough. Hydration is key. Drinking a cup of water if your hungry can actually help stop feeling hungry, so many people mistake thirst for hunger. Did you know that if your already thirsty your already dehydrated? Crazy hey, so drink up ladies it speeds your metabolism up and keeps you looking youthful and fresh.
