The 1000 Rep Workout


Alrighty, so anyone who know me knows I love high intensity training. So I thought I would throw together a fast workout that will bring that heart rate up, and smash you in the process.

This is a workout I've used in bootcamps before and let me tell you it's a killer. The idea is to complete 25 reps of each exercise and at the end have a 2 minute rest and then

re do the whole circuit again! Also if you have a Kettle Bell or a 5KG Dumbell set will make the workout even better. Look below if your ready to smash it out -

1000 REP WORKOUT

25 Jump Rope

25 Squats

25 Crunches

25 Skaters

25 Mountain Climbers

25 Squat Jumps

25 High Knees

25 Bicycle Crunch

25 Lunges

25 Superman's

25 Leg Raise

25 Sumo Squat

25 Push Up

25 Butt Raise

25 Butt Raise Pulse

25 Sit Up

25 Burpee

25 Star Jump

25 Tuck Knee

25 Heel Touch

Repeat this twice ladies.

Enjoy the session and have fun its a tough one.
